Student Unique Identifier (USI)

Do you have an USI (What's an USI? | Student Quick Guide)

Important: You will not be able to graduate from your accredited course(s) until you have provided us with your USI.

1. Yes, I have my USI handy.

Please enter your USI below and click Submit.

2. No I don’t have an USI and would like to apply for one now.

It only takes approximately 3 – 5 minutes to apply for your USI.

You would have received an email containing a personalised web link to apply for your USI online, which will update in our system automatically. Please refer to an email from us with the subject line 'Reminder about your USI' to create an USI.

Or you can go to the USI website to apply for your USI and come back here to enter your USI in option 1 above. Please call the USI office on 133 873 if you require USI support.

3. No, I will enter my USI at a later date.

You can enter your USI later. However this page will appear every time you login until you have entered your USI.

What is an USI?

From 1 January 2015 if you are undertaking nationally recognised training delivered by a registered training organisation you will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
